First Bancard LLC was started by a Certified Public Accountant who specialized in cutting costs for his clients. After analyzing his clients' monthly merchant processing statements, he came to the conclusion that his clients' credit card processors were not only charging high rates but were also charging hidden fees and surcharges.

- Mike is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida (AC34608) and holds a bachelor's degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has served on the Planning & Zoning Advisory Board for the City of Fort Lauderdale (2009-2011), the Audit Advisory Board (2008-2009), and the Budget Advisory Board (2006-2008). He also has adopted 3 cats (Julie, Milly, and Suzie).
